Saffron is a member of Brooke Weston's Advanced Dance and she has most recently performed at Strictly Staff Dancing and the Winter Showcase. She said: 'Karen was strict but in a nice way. We worked on Latin techniques and how to be confident. She would demonstrate a couple of steps then we would put them into a little routine and try them out.'
