Calling all Year 13s – now you can nominate your fellow students in categories such as Most Likely to End Up Teaching at Brooke Weston' and 'Most Likely to have Ten Children'! The voting takes place as part of the preparations for the forthcoming 2010 Yearbook which features details of the departing students.
Although students won't be able to vote for themselves in any of the 20 categories they will be able to edit and submit their own personal details online including 'Plans after Brooke Weston', 'Where do you see yourself in ten years' time', 'Best memory' and 'Favourite teacher'.
There is also a questionnaire to fill in about other features you may wish to see included in the final publication. To register your details, votes or add suggestions simply go to the Learning tab on the website, then select the Sixth Form and Yearbook options. There is still time to upload any of your favourite photos for inclusion. Just email them to firstname.lastname@example.org remembering to also supply your name, tutor group and a brief caption.
William Downey, who is co-ordinating the project, said: 'People can vote for whoever they like, whether they started in Year 7 or Year 12. They can resubmit their details as often as they like but there will be a cut-off date for completion towards the middle of next term. Completing the voting and details should only take a few minutes and there are some quite funny categories, which were all suggested by the Year 13 tutor groups. If there are other features that people would like then they should just complete the online details and we'll see if it's feasible.'
