Evening classes in French, Italian and Russian are due to start at Brooke Weston soon.
The tutor, Elizabeth, has spent many years teaching and working in Italy and France, and has also spent time studying in Russia. She tailors her classes around the needs of the students, and writes all her own study materials. Students do not need to buy books or other resources and the classes provide a friendly and informal atmosphere in which to learn.
One student in her Italian class said: 'Elizabeth is an excellent and entertaining teacher. It's informal, really instructive and definitely friendly. She builds up information in a logical progressive way and you get lots of anecdotal examples. I'd be quite confident in situations abroad. Elizabeth has a love of languages and she pools lots of information and makes it interesting.'
The Russian classes are due to start on Tuesday 13 October while the Italian and French lessons will begin on Wednesday 14 October. The classes are due to run for 20 weeks. For more information or to book a place please contact Sports and Community Manager, Jazz Saini on 01536 396366.
