Students and staff donated cash so teacher Mr Nicholls would wear something suitably dramatic for the Mamma Mia sing-along; and he didn't disappoint. He was resplendent in a white 70s flared jumpsuit and wig and Mrs Nicholls also dressed in Abba-era inspired clothing.
The students also joined in, with Christy Bullock sporting a jewelled headband and a remarkable set of false eyelashes. They and the rest of the party who are going to Peru with World Challenge this summer, hit on the idea of having a Mamma Mia sing-along screening, selling tickets to friends and family. It was a great night of singing and entertainment, which raised £500 from ticket sales in addition to the £100 pledged to ensure Mr Nicholls's spectacular sartorial contribution.
