Two Sixth Formers have put a hypothetical business idea into practice by sourcing and selling jewellery. Chloe Barnes and Nicola Barnett were among a group of students who successfully completed a Business Enterprise module at the University of Northampton. Now they have used their new skills setting up their company, Knotted Rose, which will sell on stalls and via the internet.
Chloe said: 'We've got necklaces, bracelets, rings and little pots for sale. We will be putting any profits back into the business to get the website up and running and launch more products.' The jewellery is on sale outside the Weston Theatre at lunchtimes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for the next two weeks.
