Nearly 30 students went on the trip to Spain. Here's what Miss Bailey said about it: 'The Madrid residential was fantastic! The students really enjoyed themselves and seemed to get a lot out of the culture of Madrid.
'The first day was an adventure day where we did kayaking, archery and climbing, the students loved being active and looking at the medieval castle and wall, this was a great way to experience the culture of this town while exploring the water.
'On the second day we went to Toledo where we went shopping, had tapas and enjoyed the cathedral, we then went to the Stadium Bernabeu where students really enjoyed seeing the trophies, sitting in the players' seats and getting their photos taken with football players!
'We then had an evening of shopping in Madrid spending lots of money. The third day was spent at Warner Brothers theme park where students explored the terrifying rides and got very wet on the large long flume. The final day was spent at the park in Madrid relaxing and playing football before a slow walk back into the city to hit the shops one last time. Finally we made our way back to the hotel to pick up the coach.
'It was a very enjoyable trip where students conducted themselves very well, and they were very sensible on the plane respecting others around them. They were a credit to themselves and Brooke Weston.'
