A Corby curry house is opening its doors to the town's young people to teach them the art of curry making.
The Bombay Dynasty in George Street was Corby's very first Indian restaurant. It will celebrate its 25th anniversary in May with a Gordon Ramsay style boot camp.
The Bombay Dynasty Curry Boot Camp is a creative challenge to Corby's young people aged 11-14 to develop and cook their own curry dish. The young people will be given expert training by the restaurant's owner and creative chef, Mohammed Rahman, before serving their dish to specially invited guests from the local area, with all proceeds from the event going to local charities.
The Bombay Dynasty Curry Boot Camp will run after school hours from 8 to 15 May and places are strictly limited. No experience is needed, just lots of enthusiasm! Application forms are available from the Bombay Dynasty in George Street, Corby, or apply on Facebook (search for 'Bombay Dynasty Corby').
The closing date for entries is this Friday 20 April - so get yours in without delay!
