Students 'accounts enable parents and students to purchase items from the Academy. All of these items will appear on the statement sent to you at the end of each term.

If parents have not elected to settle the account by standing order or Wisepay, cheques or cash may be paid into the Finance Office by students or cheques may be sent in by post. Alternatively, we are able to accept payments via internet banking; please contact the Finance Office to confirm details. Cheques should be made payable to:

Accounts should be settled within 14 days of receiving a statement. If you have any queries concerning your child's account, please notify the Finance Office immediately so that they may be resolved as quickly as possible.
The Wisepay system gives you the ability to make payments into your son/daughter's catering account or Brooke Weston account, using a debit or credit card. Payments for residentials may be made by clicking on the 'Trips and Visits' icon; all other payments may be made by clicking on the 'Pay Invoice' icon and entering the required amount. Please note that your Brooke Weston statement will always be the definitive account to refer to in order to confirm any monies outstanding to Brooke Weston; WisePay is simply an alternative method of payment.
Students are able to make payments to their Brooke Weston Academy or Partnership Catering accounts at the following times: The Finance Office is open for all parental enquiries from 08:15 until 16:45 daily.
